If you do mental work for a long time, run a marathon or do intense outdoor sports, you can check your SpO2 level every time you feel unwell, giving you a better understanding of your physical condition and keeping your health under control.

All-day heart rate monitoring⁶. Abnormality alerts for added safety.
The Amazfit GTS 2 has precise 24-hour heart rate monitoring that monitors heart rate zones and alerts you when your heart rate is abnormally high.

PAI health assessment system⁷. A score to record your physical condition.
The PAI value is calculated by processing data about your heart rate, exercise time and other complex health information using an algorithm. This value provides an individual health score for each user based on their specific health data, offering everyone a unique experience.

Sleep quality monitoring⁸ for optimal performance. Analysis of sleep stages and naps.
A good night's sleep is of utmost importance in modern times. That's why the Amazfit GTS 2 supports comprehensive sleep monitoring that can precisely determine the individual stages of sleep (light sleep, deep sleep, REM9 phases), it monitors the respiratory state during sleep and provides qualitative analyses and suggestions for improvement based on a night's sleep. The watch also detects naps over 20 minutes between 11:00 and 18:00, recording even more sleep information.

Stress is an underlying cause of many health problems. With the GTS 2 you can check where your personal stress level is at any time - relaxed, normal, medium or high. Whenever you feel tense during the day, you know when to relax and reduce stress.

The Amazfit GTS 2 is equipped with a microphone and a speaker. After you have established a connection to your mobile phone via Bluetooth, you can use the watch to answer phone calls. With enhanced haptic vibration, the GTS 2 delivers clearer and faster feedback when you receive calls or notifications. Thanks to the haptic linear motor, vibrations with different intensities and run times can be set to provide a premium feeling. The screen of the Amazfit GTS 2 can be rotated 180 degrees, which is convenient for both left and right-handed users. In addition, it can be locked with a password to prevent access by others when you are not wearing the watch on your wrist. The wear detection function can even lock the watch automatically¹⁵ when you take it off.

Vital, everyday functions on demand. Alarms, appointments, timers and more.
The Amazfit GTS 2 competently takes care of your personal stuff: notifies you of incoming calls or messages and reminds you to move when you've been sitting for too long. The watch also tracks your daily activities (steps, distance, calories) as well as your appointments and offers functions such as "do not disturb", stopwatch and weather forecast as well as the possibility to set alarms and timers.

The Amazfit GTS 2 is connected to the Zepp app, which performs a comprehensive analysis of various data sources. This allows body data to be managed around the clock and the user can check their physical condition at any time. The main functions include the display and analysis of health and training data as well as smart device management.
