With the Ampia 150 you can make lasagne and dough sheets up to a width of 150 mm.

- Fettuccine: Create fettuccine with a width of 6.5 mm
- Tagliolini: Realise tagliolini with a width of 1.5 mm

- Level 0: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 4.8 mm
- Stage 1: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 3.7 mm
- Stage 2: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 3.1 mm
- Stage 3: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 2.4 mm
- Stage 4: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 1.8 mm
- Stage 5: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 1.5 mm
- Stage 6: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 1.0 mm
- Stage 7: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 0.8 mm
- Stage 8: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 0.6 mm
- Stage 9: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 0.5 mm
