In recirculation mode, steam and odours are drawn in through the bonnet, filtered and directed back into the kitchen
Depending on the conditions in your kitchen, you can choose between exhaust or recirculation mode. In exhaust air mode, the cooking fumes drawn in pass through a grease filter, are cleaned of coarse grease particles in the process and are finally routed to the outside through pipe systems. With cooker bonnets in recirculation mode, unpleasant cooking fumes are passed through a grease and activated charcoal filter. All Gorenje cooker bonnets are capable of exhausting and recirculating air. The filtered air is freed from grease and odour particles and returned to the kitchen as clean air.
