Super Charged Fibers (SCF) technology sets the Arctic Butterfly 724X Super Bright Sensor Brush device apart from other sensor cleaning brushes and pens. Nano-coating technology and super-thin fibers are used to increase the charge of the brush fibers and maximize buoyancy. In addition, the twisting motion of Sensor Brushes allows the brush itself to be charged and cleaned without the use of canned air.
Supercharged fibers are attached to the head of the sensor brush without the use of glue or other adhesives to prevent long-term contamination from adhesive degradation and loose bristles on the digital camera sensor during the cleaning process. Supercharged fibers and the method used to attach them make cleaning a sensor on any digital camera device safe.
The Arctic Butterfly 724X Sensor Brush® is equipped with two super bright LED lights that illuminate the sensor during operation. This illumination reduces the possibility of fibers being accidentally pulled against the surrounding cavity, reducing the potential cause of smudges typically caused by contaminated fibers. The Arctic Butterfly 724X's bright dual LEDs make it easier for sensor cleaning personnel to locate dust.
The DC rotation motor has been modified to meet a specific speed standard. It generates an optimal centrifugal force that enables fast dust rejection while increasing the charge amplification of the fibers.
Due to its safety features, all models of the Arctic Butterfly Sensor Brush can be safely used on ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) coated sensors and digital cameras with integrated sensor cleaning systems.
