Alfa Forni baking tray set

The ideal pair of baking tins for every Alfa oven. Bake your pizzas in baking tins, cook your roasts and potatoes or bake your best cakes with Alfa baking tins. They are made of aluminised sheet metal and are resistant up to 180°C.

Two baking trays
The Alfa baking tray set consists of two baking trays in different shapes and sizes that fit in any Alfa Forni oven. The first is rectangular, 40 cm long and 30 cm wide and is suitable for cooking pizzas, bruschetta, potatoes, roasts, fish or meat. The second is round, with a diameter of 30 cm, for all types of sweet cakes, savoury pies, tarts and various types of thick, soft focaccia, such as the Bari type. Both baking tins are made in Italy from aluminised sheet metal, a material that offers excellent heat resistance up to 180°C. 

Easy cleaning and maintenance
To clean, simply use a soft sponge with warm water and a small amount of neutral detergent. Alternatively, you can put it in the dishwasher, making sure to use only neutral detergents. When using for the first time, the inside of the baking tin should be coated with a little olive oil to prevent it from sticking. This process should be repeated every 3-4 months.
