The Low & Slow Kit is ideal for baking and, in general, for all recipes that require long cooking times at low temperature, such as bread or rib steak. 

Thanks to the removable stainless steel door with large glass ceramic window, it is possible to check the cooking progress of the food without having to constantly open the oven door. This increases the visibility of the food and reduces heat loss.

The damper enables modular and precise regulation of the temperature required for the perfect success of the various recipes.

The Low & Slow Kit not only offers impeccable cooking performance, but also allows you to reduce consumption by increasing the energy efficiency of your oven.

Simply place the insert with damper between the oven and the flue. Make sure you wear heat-resistant gloves when handling the damper when using the oven.
