The razor-sharp 5K2K resolution with 5120 × 2160 pixels extends across the entire display width, enabling clear display of multiple content side by side. This is complemented by a matte, anti-glare surface that reduces reflections and ensures consistent image display in everyday use, even in changing lighting conditions.

High-quality screen
Equipped with a 40-inch IPS panel, the monitor achieves a pixel density of 139 ppi and impresses with its precise, detailed display. The refresh rate of up to 100 Hertz ensures smooth movements and smooth scrolling – whether you're working, gaming, or using creative applications. With a typical brightness of 400 candelas per square meter, a static contrast ratio of 1200:1, and stable viewing angles of up to 178 degrees, the image remains consistent even when viewed from the side.
For color-critical applications, the EDGE 40" monitor covers the sRGB color space, 94 percent Adobe RGB, and 99 percent DCI-P3. The response time is 14 milliseconds (gray-to-gray).

State-of-the-art connections for productive screen time
The EDGE 40" monitor has an integrated USB-C docking station that enables central expansion of the workstation. The USB-C port simultaneously transmits image signals, data, and power for a tidy and efficient workstation. Compatible notebooks can be supplied with up to 90 watts of power delivery.

Additional connectivity options such as HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, and an RJ45 Ethernet port ensure flexible connectivity. A 3.5 mm audio output connects external audio devices, while two additional USB-C ports allow for the connection of additional peripherals.

Construction and assembly
The ultra-slim housing combines aluminum, glass, and ABS and is made from 80 percent recycled aluminum, giving it a modern, high-quality design.

Thanks to VESA compatibility, the monitor can be flexibly mounted on suitable brackets. An integrated Kensington Security Slot is also available for use in shared or publicly accessible work areas.
