It is ideal for cooking, steaming, roasting, slicing, preparing creamy rice pudding and yoghurt and even baking bread. It is also quickly ready for modern cooking methods such as ‘sous vide’ and ‘slow cooking’. A total of 14 cooking programmes are available, with and without steam pressure. Whether without, with normal or soft steam pressure - the electronics control the cooking process fully automatically and safely. All programmes can be individually adjusted - manual settings are also possible. This ‘Hans Dampf’ impresses in all areas with nutrient-preserving results. 

It switches off automatically and the subsequent keep-warm mode keeps the food at the right temperature for up to an hour. High-quality materials and a well thought-out design ensure ease of use. The removable cooking pot is non-stick coated and easy to clean. Thanks to its compact design, the appliance can be stored in a space-saving manner after use.
