With the Ampia 180 you can make lasagne and dough sheets up to a width of 180 mm.

Features:

• Lasagne: Prepare dough sheets in different thicknesses, 10 positions adjustable
• Fettuccine: Create fettuccine with a width of 6.5 mm
• Tagliolini: Realise tagliolini with a width of 1.5 mm

• Level 0: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 4.8 mm
• Stage 1: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 3.7 mm
• Stage 2: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 3.1 mm
• Stage 3: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 2.4 mm
• Stage 4: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 1.8 mm
• Stage 5: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 1.5 mm
• Stage 6: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 1.0 mm
