The Excell No. M1EURTRI with a 45 mm wide body is made of laminated steel for strength and reliability, surrounded by stainless steel and zinc exterior components for weather resistance. The 8 mm diameter octagonal shackle is 24 mm long and made of Tough-Cut boron carbide, which is 50% harder than hardened steel and offers maximum resistance to cutting and sawing. The 4-pin lock cylinder prevents the lock from being picked, while the two ball bearing locks protect against the lock being broken or smashed.
