Alfa Forni Kit Hybrid for Moderno 2 Pizze

The Kit Hybrid is the Alfa solution for a hybrid oven that doubles the culinary possibilities thanks to the choice of fuel. The Kit Hybrid consists of two parts, the burner cover and the fire stand. The burner cover is a special cover for the gas burner that protects the gas supply from damage when lighting a wood fire. The fire stand is the useful accessory for convenient handling of the fire in the cooking chamber.
