The compact and versatile stainless steel pizza oven that can be used either as a gas oven or wood-fired thanks to the hybrid insert. This gas pizza oven can also be easily converted into a wood-fired oven when circumstances require it. Turn your Alfa gas oven into a wood-fired oven with the practical hybrid kit! Simply place the burner cover over the gas burner and light the fire on the opposite side of the baking chamber using the practical fire guard for an easy-to-control and always lively flame.
