With the Berkel serrated blade kit for the Home Line Plus 250, you can safely cut different types of products in just a few simple steps. Thanks to the kit, you can switch from a smooth blade to a serrated blade in no time at all, allowing you to clean the blade and the back of the blade thoroughly.

Not compatible with Home Line

The kit consists of:

  • Hardened steel blade with reverse serrated edge for a finer cut 
  • Blade remover that allows you to remove the slicer blade in complete safety and store it in the packaging 
  • The kit is delivered already assembled 
  • The serrated blade allows very thin slices without compromising the quality of the product. Ideal for slicing the hardest products, such as: 
    • Matured sausages
