Developed for intensive use in professional kitchens. Can be used at any temperature without restrictions. Ensures perfect, even baking thanks to the evenly spaced perforations (ø 2 mm). Easy disassembly for uncomplicated demoulding and cleaning. High-quality, easy-care stainless steel. Dishwasher-safe.

The baking pan is supplied with a non-stick baking foil. The foil is specially designed for the mould. Can be reused over 200 times. Suitable for temperatures from -170 to +260°C. Versatile: The baking pan can be used with or without the baking foil as required.
