In addition to legendary waterproof and dustproof capabilities (IP68, one of the highest protection ratings in the industry), we've also made sure it can withstand a drop from one meter onto concrete. It's an app. We've all used them, and they can be very useful. The JBL Portable app gives you access to support, updates, and customizable audio settings—so you can tailor the sound to your mood at any moment.

Recycled plastic and fabric, and FSC-certified packaging
The JBL Flip 7 is made from 77% recycled plastic and 100% recycled fabric for the speaker grille. The packaging is made from FSC-certified paper and printed with soy-based ink.
