Diamonds for your knives
The sharpening steel from the French knife manufacturer Opinel is the ideal sharpening tool and should not be missing from any knife collection. The steel rod has a diamond particle coating and a diameter of 13 mm. The hard material ensures good abrasion even with little force, top-quality sharpening results and a long service life. Beech wood was used as the handle material, and with its beautiful grain, the honing steel lies well and securely in the hand. The metal fitting at the transition from the lacquered handle to the sharpening rod also protects against injuries, and the leather cord can also be used to attach the sharpening steel to a hook for storage.
