2. Place the scale on a flat and stable surface and avoid measuring while wearing socks.

3. For maximum accuracy, measure barefoot.

4. Body fat percentage measurement is suitable for users between the ages of 10 and 80.

6. Children under the age of 8 and people who are pregnant, have osteoporosis, a pacemaker, artificial joints, a portable ECG, or other metal implants should only use the scale to measure their weight and always wear shoes to prevent contact with electrical current.
