How do I turn off the cord?
If you don't use it for 3 minutes, it goes into standby mode and then turns off after 20 seconds.
How do I sync data with the app?
Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on your phone and the cord and that you are close (< 1 m). Select Pair in the app.
How do I turn off the beep?
If the lanyard is connected to the app, you can manually turn the beep on or off in the app settings.
What should I be aware of when using the app?
Avoid using the cord on rough or sandy surfaces (concrete, paved roads) — you may damage the cord.
Avoid jumping immediately after eating or with your lungs full of fluid.
Why did the data disappear after synchronization?
The batteries were removed or the battery cover was not closed properly.
The device can store a limited amount of data (90–100). If the limit is exceeded, the oldest data will be overwritten.
Save your data before turning off the device.
Why is the display not lit?
Check that the batteries are inserted correctly (positive terminals facing the correct direction) and that the cover is closed properly.
Bluetooth connection not working?
Connect via the app, not via your phone's system settings.
Check that the "Renpho Health" app is installed, not "Renpho Fit" or any other app.
On Android, GPS must also be turned on.
Go back to the beginning: delete the app, reinstall it, and reset your phone.
Why is the time displayed shorter than expected?
The app only measures the time you are actively jumping. If you are resting, this time is not counted.
Why does one handle feel heavier?
The handle without a battery has a counterweight so that both handles are the same weight.
Does the app need to be open for data to sync?
No. Data is synchronized regardless of whether the app is active or not — as long as the device and phone are connected.
Why can't I connect to the app?
Delete the app, reinstall it, and restart your phone.
Make sure you are using the Renpho Health app, not Renpho Fit.
Check that Bluetooth and GPS are turned on (Android).
Allow the app to access your phone's location, as Bluetooth is searched for via the SDK library.
Keep your phone within 1 m of the strap when connecting.
