leak and drip detectionThe raised probe design allows liquid to be detected at a level of just 0.5 mm and also works on metal surfaces without false alarms due to the metal. The concave water collector detects drips and stops leaks at the source.

Extended detection support
In combination with a leak detection cable (available separately or as part of a sensor kit), it enables detection on both wide surfaces and narrowly targeted areas. The extension cable can be connected in series without any limit on the total length.

Real-time alerts and multiple notification types
The SNZB-05P water detection sensor immediately sends a notification to the app on your phone when a leak is detected. Local Zigbee scenarios can trigger an audible alarm via the router even in the event of a WiFi network failure.

Compatible with Zigbee 3.0
Works with Zigbee hubs that use the Zigbee 3.0 protocol, such as: SONOFF NSPanel Pro, SONOFF iHost, SONOFF ZB Bridge/ZB Bridge-P/ZB Bridge-U, SmartThings hub v3, etc.

Support for Home Assistant
Easy integration into Home Assistant via ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT (Zigbee dongle required, e.g., SONOFF ZBDongle-P or ZBDongle-E).

Note: SNZB-05P must work in conjunction with a Zigbee hub.
