In Asia, this high and spherical curved pan is an important part of cooking. It is deep fryer, pot and steam cooker altogether. The best-known cooking method is to stir-fry where the ingredients are seared briefly while stirring permanently. The heat is distributed evenly as a result of the bulgy shape and the steam can escape by the metal lid with extractor hood. The wok is equipped with a handle and shaft and it is suitable even for induction stoves due to its TransTherm All-Stove Bottom.
The wok has an aluminium core, is made of stainless steel on the inside and extremely resistant chrome steel on the outside. The coated frying surface ensures that nothing gets burned. You can turn on the heat as high as you want because stainless steel can withstand high temperatures - your poultry and other pieces of meat will get a delicious crust. The wok is ovenproof and heat-resistant up to 250°C without lid. It is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
