The Piana gas pizza oven is connected to a gas cylinder and bakes pizzas in less than a minute. The refractory stone can be rotated, making pizza baking even easier.

• Operating pressure 30 mbar:
  • A suitable gas pressure regulator and hose are supplied for use with propane gas cylinders with 37 mbar
  • For use with Bhutan gas cylinders with 50 mbar, a suitable gas pressure regulator and hose are required (not included in the scope of delivery)
• Temperature control with regulator on the oven
• Rotating refractory cordierite stone
• Oven heats up in less than 10 minutes

• Not suitable for use in closed rooms.
